Wine and cheese seem like very different things, but they have much in common. Both start as delicious, nutritious liquids which are shaped by nature and time into products which are more prized than the raw materials. Join us in exploring the wondrous spectrum of wine and cheese. Happiness abounds.
Here at the Boston Wine School, we are a 100% Wine Snob Free Zone. We believe that learning about wine and cheese involves learning more about yourself. Our goal is to help you understand and communicate what you are experiencing when you are enjoying a glass of wine or a morsel of cheese.
The evening begins with a 2 hour class covering some of the fundamentals of tasting and pairing wine with cheese. Class is followed by a delicious dinner from the Middle Gray accompanied by white and red wines.
