Wine and cheese have been the perfect match for 8,000 years now, and no place on the planet does it better than Italy. This class will take you on a wine and cheese tasting tour of 6 Italian cheeses with 6 wines all the way from Alpine Italy in the north to hot and sunny Sardinia and Sicily. After class, put yourself to the test with a wine pairing dinner from the heart of Tuscany. You'll learn the difference between Valpolicella and Nero d'Avola, and before you know it, you'll be ordering those wines and more with ease.

This tasting assumes some exposure to wine but little formal wine knowledge. This program is appropriate for both consumers and professionals in all bar, food, hospitality and service industries.
